Similarly, we offer sellers an outlet to easily and efficiently sell their domain names to a large customer base. Please note that EXNA provides these services to facilitate the purchase and sale of currently registered domain names between buyers and sellers. EXNA is a listing service, it is not the registrant of these domain names, nor is it an auctioneer or an escrow agent.
EXNA offers domains at a fixed price with the ability to buy that domain name now. It is not designed to facilitate a negotiation process in which offers and counter offers or auctions take place. How do I get a domain name transferred to me?
Once you have successfully purchased a domain name as described above, you will receive an email confirming the purchase and you will need to "initiate a transfer" at the receiving registrar of your choice. To initiate this process you will need an "auth code" which will be sent to you by email from EXNA This auth code will be supplied upon receipt of payment. After transfer is initiated using the proper auth code, it may take up to 5 days for the transfer to complete. If your transfer is not completed in the 5 day period, please contact EXNA personnel at support@exna.com for assistance and include your Purchase Transaction ID. Note: when you buy a domain name, you will receive that name with whatever amount of current registration time is left for that name. If the receiving registrar is different than the current registrar, the transfer process will result in the payment for an additional year of registration and that payment will be charged to your account at the receiving registrar. This cost is on a per registrar basis and should be reviewed by you before initiating the transfer. If you have purchased a name that is currently registered at your preferred registrar, the name can be "pushed" into your account once you provide the details/information required by your registrar to "push" a name. Details should be emailed to support@dnex.com and include your Purchase Transaction ID. Please be sure to review your registrar's instructions and procedures for "pushing" a name thoroughly, so that you are providing the correct information. If you have any questions about the transfer process before, during or after the purchase of domain name, please contact us at support@exna.com.
How long does it take to get a domain name transferred?
The EXNA team will be prepared to begin the transfer process shortly after the payment has been received and cleared. It can take up to 3 business days to initiate a transfer. Once the transfer is initiated, the domain should appear in the receiving registrar within 5 days. If I successfully purchase a domain name, how long does my domain registration last? After your transaction and transfer are complete, your domain name registration will remain yours as long as you continue to renew your domain name registration with your registrar to prevent it from expiring. Registration renewal fees vary from registrar to registrar. It is your responsibility to renew your domain name's registration. You can check how long a domain is registered for, and when its registration will expire by using a Whois tool such as www.v3whois.com. or use EXNA SELF TOOLS
